eBay UK Enhances Feedback System with Auto-Positive Reviews and Tariff Update Notification
eBay UK has announced a platform update that includes improvements to the feedback system, adjustments to feedback policies, and a reminder about the impact of new U.S. tariffs on cross-border orders.
Starting in April, eBay will automatically leave positive feedback for eligible transactions. To qualify, orders must meet the following criteria: on-time delivery with valid tracking information, no buyer comments, no open disputes, and no returns. Positive feedback will be issued automatically seven days after the transaction is completed.
In addition, the upgraded feedback system will visually highlight the transaction process — from successful order placement, to tracking updates, to on-time delivery — helping sellers present a more professional profile on their store pages.
